It is for Florida students 3 years old through 12th grade or age 22, whichever comes first, with one of the following disabilities: autism spectrum disorder, muscular dystrophy, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, Spina bifida, Williams syndrome or intellectual disability (severe cognitive impairment).

Florida Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Specialized Instructional Services (VPK-SIS)

If you have a four-year-old child with special needs or disabilities, you can apply for VPK-SIS. To qualify, your child must have a current Individual Education Plan (IEP) from the local school district, which includes the need for specialized instructional services. If your child has this type of IEP plan, you can elect to choose a VPK-SIS provider instead of traditional VPK school-year or summer programs.

As VPK-SIS providers, we target your child’s IEP’s goals through a structure ABA program.

To learn more about the application process and requirements, VPK-SIS-Fact-Sheet.
